Petaria keeps the downloadable tools private on your device while retaining only the details needed to record and support an order.
Information collected at checkout
When you place an order, Petaria records your name, email address, phone number, country, pet-owner selection, bundle price, optional support amount, order status, payment reference, and limited technical request information such as your browser's user-agent string.
Why this information is used
The information supports order confirmation, delivery of your download link, customer assistance, transaction records, and aggregate order reporting for authorized administrators.
Offline tool data
The downloaded console works without a Petaria account or cloud telemetry. Pet details entered into the tools remain on your device. Two saved checklists may use your browser's local storage.
Access and security
Customer order records are available only through Petaria's protected administration area. The public website cannot read the private orders database.
Current checkout mode
The current checkout is clearly marked TEST MODE. No card number is collected or transmitted by the demo payment display.

Use the contact details included with your purchase confirmation to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your order information.
